Chief Operations / Process Officer

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating / Process Officer to join our executive team and help carry on our 150-year transition of building and nurturing our 22 bank communities.  This position can be worked out of any Merchants Bank location in MN and WI, with Winona MN office location preferred.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in guiding our bank’s future, enhancing efficiency, ensuring a strong future of competitive banking products and services, and continuing our strong tradition of providing exceptional service to our customers and community. The COO has overall responsibility to ensure the Bank’s execution of its business plan by leading and managing key operational areas, ensuring operational excellence to drive extensive and sustainable growth, and serving as a member of the executive team.
